When they get to Cam’el, he focuses on his father. "My dad is an incredible person. I mean, he taught me everything about who I am.

My mom marvels sometimes because she sees him in me, the way I approach things, the way I bring people together. I say my dad IS because... though I don’t see him, we are still having conversations.”

Cam’el’s eyes spark as his voice quiets, “He was always encouraging me -- if I stayed disciplined and kept my eyes off the crowd, I could accomplish wonderful things, things he never did. Just the thought of that is amazing to me.”

The show producers look at each other in agreement. They could use him. Yet, the men, the other contestants, felt differently. How dare he elevate his father, when most of them never had one.
